Returns & Exchanges

At The Kindness Company, we want you to love your fashion as much as we love the planet. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it securely to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to your local postal carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
